Race Classification

You have the right to remain silent about race @ work.
Why is race classification at work objectionable?
Former police officer Jennila Naidoo was denied a promotion, despite being the best available candidate, because the police said the “ideal target” for Indian women was “zero”. Naidoo went to court and lost. That same “equitable representation” system is now being spread across 7.5 million workers in the public, and private sector. It fixates on outcomes and blocks people’s lives at work. It damages applicants from all 8 “targeted” race-gender pairs whenever they are “over-represented”. It is conscientiously objectionable to South African patriots who want to put value-add service first.
Refusing to classify means opting out of getting any benefit, or paying any price, because of the colour of your skin that you never choose.
